3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Safeguard your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Requirements

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Your use of services will comply with all applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for service delivery.

Both parties agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Use confidential information only for intended purposes
• Protect information with reasonable security measures
• Not disclose information without written consent

9. Data Protection

9.2 Data Breach

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

10.2 Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" except as expressly warranted. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No security solution is 100% effective, and we cannot guarantee prevention of all security incidents.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• Monthly plans: 30 days written notice
• Annual plans: 60 days written notice
• Enterprise contracts: As specified in agreement

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of terms
• Non-payment
• Illegal activities
• Actions that compromise security

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to services will cease
• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• Data will be available for export for 30 days
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage resolution through direct communication before formal proceedings.

14.2 Arbitration

Disputes not resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations or breach of confidentiality.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior agreements.

15.3 Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

15.4 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15.5 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

15.6 Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.

16. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws, including U.S. export regulations.
